Seasonal Dates - Minimum Stay = 4 nights

Low Season:

Oct 1 – Dec 19 = $1,000 USD/night, 4 night minimum stay

Apr 16 – Sep 30 = $1,000 USD/night,  4 night minimum stay

 

Mid Season:

Jan 11 – Apr 15 = $1,540 USD/night, 4 night minimum stay

Peak Season/Christmas & New Year

Dec 20 – Jan 10 = $1,900 USD/night, 7 night minimum stay
