Summer Season  -   16th  April   >  19th  December                           $900 USD per night 

Winter Season  -   11th January  >   15th April                                   $1,440 USD per night

Christmas and New Year  -   20th December  >  10th January     $1,800 USD per night

Securing a Booking

​

A 25% deposit is taken upon booking. This deposit is refundable up to 120 days before check-in

The balance is due 60 days before check-in

A $1000 USD security deposit will be automatically applied 7 days before check-in

The security deposit is automatically released 5 days after check-out

re check-in

100% payment is required for bookings within 60 days of check-in
